An Indonesian Delegation headed by the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Group, Dr. M. Hidayat Nur Wahid attended the G-20 Speakers’ Consultation in Ottawa, Canada from September 2 until 5 on the invitation of H.E Noel Kinsella, Speaker of the Canadian Senate.

On Saturday morning (4/9), the Indonesian Foreign Minister, Dr. R.M. Marty M. Natalegawa observed the implementation of the 2010 entrance examination for the Ministry’s prospective civil servants. Minister Natalegawa expressed his appreciation and happiness on seeing the applicants’ great interest to join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Indonesia and Thailand Discuss Cooperation in the Seventh JCM

Indonesia and Thailand discussed a number of bilateral cooperation as well as other issues that concerned the two nations during the Seventh Joint Commission Meeting in Nusa Dua, Bali from 1- 2 September 2010. The meeting was jointly chaired by the Indonesian Foreign Ministry Dr. R. M. Marty M. Natalegawa and his Thai counterpart, Kasit Piromya.
